Terms and Conditions
1) No smoking in rooms, except rooms with balconies and the smoking must be done at the balcony with the room doors shot.
2) No complimentary breakfast.
3) Loud music disturbing the peace of the environment is highly frowned at.
4) No house party without Management’s approval.
5) We don’t offer car washing and laundry services. However, it can be facilitated.
6) Single rooms include two persons of an adult male and female. Apartments can be more but still limited depending on the apartment taken.
7) No refund after payment. However, if plans change and a guest could no longer use the room already paid for, they can reschedule to anytime they deem fit, we’d grant that.
